IPA Monday!
IPA monday is gonna be a regular extra feature on here, that i wanted to do. Basically a featured beer for all you connoisseurs/beer snobs out there. this week.
Amazingly hoppy. Good balance of citrus and maltey goodness. Grab a six if you can find it. It's pretty good stuff..

ReplyDelete@SilverWind why, yes, yes you can. Generally IPAs are quite bitter so the reduction with be even more so.. I have heard of ales and stouts which make for amazing sauces
ReplyDeleteIf you really want to try unique beers, there should be beer festivals that you can look out for which have weird flavors such as "gingerbread" beer and etc, But as of now I like to stick with my sapporo :)
